Industrial Trainings - 4 Weeks

Abstract:

The 4 weeks Projects based Industrial Training Program is relevant for Engineering students, B.E., B Tech undergraduates. Industrial Training refers to work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation. One of the requirements for the award of Bachelor of Engineering is that students must complete at least 4 / 6 / 20 weeks of Industrial Training. Industrial Training is normally accumulated during the semester breaks towards the end of the third or fourth year.

Introduction:

This short course is designed to ensure that students of Engineering College with academic Capabilities or Working Professionals seeking for faster upgradation of Technical Skills will have the skill set needed to deal with the challenges involved in real-world Environment, Projects to meet the needs of industries both today and in the future.

Pre-requisite:

A prior knowledge of a microprocessors, microcontrollers, basic Linux commands, general understanding about operating system concepts is assumed.
A test has to be cleared, so as to fulfill the pre-requisite for the below mentioned Trainings.

Agenda;

The Duration of Training is:
- 4 week or 20 working days.
- There would be 20 Classroom Sessions of 2 hrs each
- There would be 20 lab sessions of 4 hrs each.

Industrial Trainings Streams:

The Trainee may select any One of the below mentioned Trainings/Streams.
There would be no Project Associated with any of the above training stream
The Training/Stream would be advices and selected, depending on the performance in the Pre-requisite test and discussion with the Training Co-ordinator.
