what is the range of double and float in gcc compiler?
what is the range of double and float in gcc compiler?
i started doing assign2 having some doubts in assign1….will be discussing those doubts with my class mates tomorrow.
AND ONE DOUBT IS THERE THAT WHY I AM NOT ABLE TO USE ‘^’ TO CALCULATE THE POWER…..I READ SOMEWHERE THAT IT IS ACTING AS A BITWISE XOR ..IS DAT SO????
i made sum program of function…..i am facing small problem in recursion programm and as well as in malloc…..
I have done the following:
a. scull_qset allocation function.
b. qset allocation function.
c. quantum allocation function.
4. I have also done various calculations that will be used in write operation.
NOTE: Do not know how to use lseek
PARALLEL WORK: working on C assignment no. 1.
done compression, having problems in decompression
int main()
{
int g,l;
int l=100;
g=l- – + l++;
printf(“g = %d”,g);
return 0;
}
predicted output:200
actual output:198
why??
post incrmt r given d higher pref…then ans should be 200.
DONE!!!…. “Compression and Decompression” of data succesfully using low level file concept.
When two processes are communicating via fifo and if they are in the blocking state say block on open, block on read/write, what is the state of the process during this blocking state. Is it sleep state or wait state or anything else. Kindly clarify how kernel differentiate
between wait and sleep processes.

my question is, if assign or initialise the the value of float variable like above underlined then it take the 22 * ch= s
23 * s= 3.141500e+05

my question is, if assign or initialise the the value of float variable like above underlined marked red then it take the garbage value at output shown underlined bold. assigning variable in float with 0.0 also give garbage value at other precision value.
I am trying to install fedora on a separate internal hard disk…….but an error of “not enough memory”comes. Plz Help!!
CREATED MASTER ARRAY,AND STARTED COMPRESSION…
Done with master array and compression completely. Left with decompression part….
