Industrial Automation and Process Control is a project based Career Oriented Training program for BE, B Tech, Engineers. This training program is aimed at imparting skills in trainees such that they can work and automate industrial operations and design flow control.

Training Objective:

  • This short course is designed to ensure that the trainees with academic Capabilities will have the skill set needed to deal with the challenges involved in real-world automation concepts simulation and control using SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, to meet the needs of industries both today and in the future.
  • The trainees should be able to develop logic and convert logic into simulation and automation systems..

Agenda:

The Duration of Training would be:
  • 90 working days.
  • There would be
    • 20 Classroom Sessions of 2 hours each
    • 90 Lab sessionsof 4 hours each
    • 400 Hours of Training.
Training Methodology:
  • Hands on approach to training, behaviorial model of training would be practiced.
  • During the training, the Trainee would implement a practicals/projects related to respective modules.
  • Comitment to Individual growth and constant evaluation.
  • Implementation of programming techniques through a Project.

Deliverables:

  • The Trainee should be able to:-
    • use the concept absorbed in the real world situation.
    • implement knowledge absorbed in their training and commercial / live projects.
    • The probablity for a head-start to the tainees career should be better.
    • Avail placement assistance. (till the trainee is placed).
  • EmbLogic would issue The Certificate of Completion for the training as mentioned above.

  • Work on Automation based projects.
  • Setup closed loop System in Industries.
  • Operate PLC based control panels in Manufacturing Plants.
  • Programming in different PLC for Different Industrial projects.
  • Programming in different PLC for Single system
  • Selection and Wiring of PLC according to panel.
  • Animation of  any kind Industrial Process and  Control Panel in SCADA.
  • Supervision  and Control the whole industrial process in Automation based Industries.
  • Recognition of diffrent data and would be able to acquire all the data from the field.
  • Communication of  SCADA with Excel and feeding of  all the data of field to the Excel Data Base.
  • The operators secure by application of security system  in SCADA.
  • Handling on  the alarming situation.
  • Monitoring and creation of  graphical representation  of any Field Process.
  • Proper operation for advance machineries with SCADA.
  • Installation of Programming Software for Different PLC.
  • Installation of  SCADA software.
  • Selection of cables and software’s for programming.
  • Selection of Fields instrument according to the process.
  • Connect the PLC with Different Field devices.
  • Selection of different field instruments according to PLC type. 
  • Connections of different field instruments with PLC.
